The Scorecard helps to ensure that we are putting our efforts where they
will have the most impact on the current goals of the strategic plan. We
rate our effectiveness by how the dollars raised by the Walker
Foundation impacts the students, as well as the faculty staff and
programs, within the priorities laid out in the strategic plan. In that
way, we can stay on track in our efforts to ensure that the students at
SCSDB and those served through the SCSDB Outreach programs are receiving
the best education and services possible.
The Scorecard tracks information related to the following:
Customer Satisfaction: Develop and implement a plan to enhance
relationships with families and agencies and improve public image.
Outreach: Develop and expand community-based services to
citizens with sensory disabilities, their families, and the
professionals who serve them in South Carolina.
