Strategic Planning at SCSDB is an important part of our ongoing
commitment to excellence in service and education. During the most
recent planning process and review, the following were identified as key
focus areas:
2006-2007 Strategic Goals
Student Achievement: Increase student retention and enrollment,
enhance the educational experience, and increase graduation rates
and successful job placements.
Agency Climate: Ensure that the organization has the appropriate
mix of programs and services to meet the needs of its customers.
Quality Staff: Recruit, retain and develop an outstanding staff
that is capable of meeting our customers’ needs.
Resources: Identify and access resources that are sufficient to
meet the program needs of the agency.
