What We Do
Our goal as a non-profit organization is to provide resources for the South Carolina School for the Deaf and the Blind (SCSDB) so that it can achieve its mission and goals. We strive to make certain that SCSDB’s students reach their highest academic and personal potential by providing them with invaluable opportunities for lifelong academic value and character development.
The Walker Foundation utilizes the SC School for the Deaf and the Blind's Strategic Plan to ensure that we are placing our efforts where they will have the most impact.
How We Do It
The Walker Foundation is able to help support SCSDB through charitable donations from individual, corporate and foundation donors.
You can use our online PayPal system, mail a check, set up an annual or planned giving program, donate to the Wish List, a specific project, particular funding, etc.
We take pride in serving and supporting the South Carolina School for the Deaf and the Blind for over 30 years.
